04/12/2017Loompaland 2017 was a different experience for me. It helped me realize different things about my leadership, my work style, and my values. Most importantly, it made me more attached to the vision, the “why”, and the community we are building. That sense of belonging is unique. The amount of support and faith each individual can get in the team is huge and made its impact on me and the way I do things. We are offered a space to be ourselves, to excel, and to feel appreciated, not only for our contribution to Beyond Learning but in all our endeavors life.
